Chaban , a nutrition consultant explained that children should at least
exercise or work actively for two hours per week. Within a week of at least the kids have to exercise for 14 hours.Chaban also explained that children do not have to leave the house if it does not have time. They can do exercise at home by doing physical activities like climbing stairs and down the other.For children , playing actively with friends or relatives at home also has an effect like sports. But of course the game is done must involve physical movement and not just play the game in front of a computer or video games.
