A study revealed that men aged 45 to 65 years who are often lazy and rarely exercise likely to gum disease . Most of the gum disease which then causes the gums to date in adults .
These results were obtained after the researchers looked at 72 healthy men who do not have regular sports activity . Most of them work in the office and too much sitting . Researchers also analyzed the health of their gums and mouth , as reported by the Daily Mail ( 24/12 ) .
The research team at Hanover Medical School in Germany found that men who rarely exercise are more susceptible to gum disease . The risk of gum disease in people who rarely exercise and often lazing even 40 percent higher than those of healthy and exercising diligently .
Researchers warned many people about their exercise habits . Keeping it healthy gums are essential to oral hygiene . Often gum disease causes the gums to come off easily , which is certainly not desired by many adults .
Dr Nigel Carter of the British Dental health Foundation explains that during this time people do not think that their dental health relates to overall body health . But now they know that they influence each other.
